No two businesses are run the same way. Neither is anything we build.
Nothing is proposed until we understand how the business actually operates. Not how it looks from the outside, but how the work moves through it day to day.
We look at how the business actually runs.
Where time accumulates on tasks that should not require it. Where a manual process is doing the work of a system. Where information travels further than it needs to. That picture is what everything else follows from.
Every system is built around your business’s specific needs.
Not configured to approximate what you need. Every integration is designed around how your business operates: the tools already in use, the processes already in place, and the points where automation makes a measurable difference. Your business adapts to nothing. The system adapts to it.
When the project ends, we do not leave.
Most engagements end when the system goes live. We continue to monitor, maintain and update it for as long as it operates. You have full access and ownership from day one. The ongoing technical work stays with us.
Three stages. You owe nothing until it is clear the work is worth doing.
Discovery call No charge
The business is mapped before anything is proposed. Where time goes, where cost sits, and what the right place to start actually is.
Proposal
The system is designed around operations as they actually run. Every integration built to fit, not to approximate.
Build, then run
Built and tested in full before anything goes live. Full access and ownership from day one. Monitoring, maintenance and updates stay with us from there.
Three systems, three very different businesses. Each now runs without anyone managing it.
A recurring revenue product that runs itself
An independent jeweller wanted to launch a paid membership: recurring income and member pricing, without adding to the owner’s daily workload. None of the machinery to run it existed, so we built it. A sign-up through Stripe now triggers onboarding on its own. Visits are logged, failed payments and cancellations handled, and quiet members followed up, all without anyone lifting a finger.
Reporting that cannot be lost
A marketing business ran all of its performance reporting through a single automation platform. If it failed, the data went with it. No backup, no record. We built an independent system beside it, quietly capturing the same figures in parallel: cost per click, booked calls, form submissions. The original setup carries on untouched. If it ever falls over, nothing is lost.
Every opportunity, the moment it appears
A recruitment firm needed to know the instant any of its client companies posted a new role, across a client base far too large to monitor by hand. We built a system that reviews every careers page each morning and flags new positions the moment they appear.
Aurelius Innovation is Alex Hawkins.
I founded Aurelius Innovation to make cutting-edge technology accessible to businesses in Kent: to help them navigate it, streamline their operations, and focus on the work that actually matters. It is there to take work off your team, not to take their place.
We build it, we run it, and the client receives what the technology delivers without being involved in how it works. For those who want the support and training to manage the system on their own terms, we accommodate that too. We speak their language.
With AI, the hardest questions are rarely the technical ones. What a system is permitted to access. How it is governed. Where accountability sits when it acts on your behalf. A business’s obligations around its own data are specific to its field, and in this work they are settled at the outset, not discovered once something has gone wrong.
The engagement does not end when the system goes live. Where most leave, we stay.
Start with a conversation.
If we spoke recently, or you want an honest view of what AI and automation could do for your business, start here. The first call is always free. It is a discussion about where we could help, not a pitch.
